- The Certificate of Theology is offered by the Australian College of Theology (ACT) through its affiliated colleges, in this case Anglican Youthworks College and the Presbyterian Theological Centre, which Presbyterian Youth work through as part of our collaborative venture, the Timothy Partnership.
The Certificate aims to provide an introduction to Christian theology as well as offering two Pastoral Care units – as now required for all Chaplains under the National Schools Chaplaincy and Student Welfare Program (NSCWP).
Utilises the combined expertise of Youthworks, Presbyterian Youth and church leaders on the ground, all the time working through the ACT's affiliated colleges, Anglican Youthworks College and the Presbyterian Theological Centre.
The course will meet new Australian Government requirements for Chaplains in schools nationally, when the two pastoral care units are taken.
